De alledaagse en de geplande stad

Over identiteit, plek en thuis

Arnold Reijndorp, Leeke Reinders Ed(s)

The way people live in the city and the policy of the official city are often two different worlds. Residents often see the policy of the local authority, housing corporations and project developers as a framework, but draw up their own plan within it. This publication shows how the everyday and the planned are interwoven and provides guidelines and recommendations for policy, design and the placing of commissions.

About the authors: Arnold Reijndorp is an independent researcher on the interface of urbanism and urban sociology and holds a special chair at the University of Amsterdam. Leeke Reinders is an anthropologist who works in the Urban Renewal and Housing section of the OTB research institute of the Delft University of Technology.

Please note: This publication is only available in Dutch.
