HP0608 showcases the dynamic and diverse nature of Portuguese architecture in recent years. The 80 works from Selecção Mapei / Ordem dos Arquitectos give rise to a rare critical portrait of an architecture divided between authorship and market, between tradition and openness, and between import and export.

It includes projects from established creators such as Siza Vieira, Souto de Moura and Carrilho de Graça, but also the first works of the most recent generation of Portuguese architects, such as the Arquitectos Anónimos, Embaixada, Moov and Plano B. The texts are by Pedro Gadanho, Pedro Bandeira, Nuno Grande, Pedro Jordão, Luís Santiago Baptista, Ricardo Camacho and Pedro Machado Costa.
